Chicken with mustart & sage

2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 cup each chopped fresh sage, fresh lemmon juice, & water
2 Tbls each white vinegar & olive oil
1 tsp cracked black pepper
4 (4 or 5 ounce) bonless skinless chicken breasts

In a large resealabel plastic bag, combine mustard, sage, lemon juice, water, vinegar, oil, & pepper; mix well. Add chicken; chill 1 hour in refrigerator. Remove chicken & reserve marinade. In a large nonstick skiller coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat, cook chicken 8 to 10 min or until browned; turn once. Add reserved marinade; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low & simmer 15 min. Garnish with fresh sage leaves.
