German Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
6 to 8 med potatoes, boiled in skins until fork-tender
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 small onion, chopped
6 strips bacon, cut into small pieces
1 Tbs flour, as needed
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
Sugar, to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Peel potatoes while still warm; slice. Peel & slice eggs. Place potatoes & eggs in med bowl. Saute bacon in med skillet until crisp. Remove cooked bacon, leaving grease in pan.
Crumble bacon over potatoes & eggs. saute onion & bacon drippins until soft. Add onions to onions to bowl with potatoes & eggs.
Slowly add flour to the drippins, stirring constanly over low heat. Stir in vinegar & water & cook until thickened. Add sugar, salt & pepper to taste. Pour dressing over potato mixture. Mix well & serve warm.
