    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Cup skim milk
    • 2 tsps cornstarch
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • (For sauce)
    • Nonstick spray coating
    • 2 Large potatoes
    • 1/4 Chopped onion
    • 2 Tbls grated parm cheese


    Instructions


    1. For sauce, in a small saucepan stir together the mile, cornstarch, salt & pepper. Cook & stir over medium heat until thinckened and bubbly. Remove from heat & set aside.
    2. Lightly spray the sides of a 1&1/2-quart casserole with nonstick coating. Peel potatoes & slice very thin. Layer half of the potatoes & half of onions into the casserole. Repeat layers of potatoes & onions
    3. Pour sauce over potato mixture. Sprinkle with Parm. Bake, covered, at 350 for 40 minutes.
      Uncover & bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
