Scalloped Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 1 Cup skim milk
- 2 tsps cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- (For sauce)
- Nonstick spray coating
- 2 Large potatoes
- 1/4 Chopped onion
- 2 Tbls grated parm cheese
Instructions
- For sauce, in a small saucepan stir together the mile, cornstarch, salt & pepper. Cook & stir over medium heat until thinckened and bubbly. Remove from heat & set aside.
- Lightly spray the sides of a 1&1/2-quart casserole with nonstick coating. Peel potatoes & slice very thin. Layer half of the potatoes & half of onions into the casserole. Repeat layers of potatoes & onions
- Pour sauce over potato mixture. Sprinkle with Parm. Bake, covered, at 350 for 40 minutes.
Uncover & bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
