    2 3/4c flour
    2 1/4 c sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp baking soda
    1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt

    2/3c Crisco oil
    1/2c buttermilk
    3 1/2 mashed ripe bananas

    1/2c more buttermilk
    2 extra large eggs
    1c crushed broken black walnuts

    buttermilk:
    3 1/2 Tbsp dark vinegar to 1 cup milk

    combine:
    2 3/4c reg flour,2 1/4c sugar,1 1/2T baking powder, 1 1/2Tbsp baking soda 1/4t salt. set aside.


    in separate bowl:
    2/3c Crisco oil,1/2c buttermilk, 3 1/2 ripe bananas, beat for 2 min with mixer.

    in separate bowl:
    1/2c more buttermilk, 2 ex lg eggs,1c black walnuts, add to above mixture(wet mixture).

    then add flour mixture alittle at a time, bake 350 for 40-45 min

    buttermilk:
    3 1/2 lg Tbsp dark vinegar to 1 c whole milk, let set till it thickens.

    make the cake the day before.
