    cake;
    1 Box orange cake mix
    1- 3oz box orange jello
    1/3 c oil
    1c water
    1/4c oj
    3eggs or same amount of egg beaters to equal 3 eggs
    1t orange extract

    Topping;
    8 oz reg or fat free sour cream
    2 oz shredded coconut
    1 1/4c suager or enough to equal same in splenda
    1/2c oj
    8 oz reg cool whip or fat free

    Recipe



    preheat oven 350;
    blend all ingredients together, pour into 2 greased and floured 9" pans. bake 25-30 minutes cool compeletly.

    Topping;
    combine sugar and oj until sugar disolves. add sour creamand coconut, mix well gently fold in cool whip, frost cake refrigerate.
