This recipe is awsome, you wouldn't think pinneapple & cheese would go together but your totally wrong, give it a try & you'll be glad you did. if your a person that dont like real sweet things then I would only add a TOTAL of 1/2c sugar to this recipe as the pinneapples are sweet to begin with. ENJOY

List of Ingredients

2-12 or 16oz cans chunch pinneapple, drained
1/8-1/4c sugar
3/4c flour
2c shredded sharp cheese
1/2c brown sugar
1 stack ritz crackers
1 stick plus 2 Tbs butter





Recipe

preheat oven 350, spread pinneapple into a 2 qt casserole dish, mix together flour, sugars, & cheese, add to casserole, mixing into pinneapple. crunch crackers & spread over top pinneapple/cheese mixture. melt butter & pour over crackers. bake for 30 minutes, can be servered hot or cold.
serves 8
