    Very good, all these flavors really blend well, if u dont like corn beef please give this a try anyhow, as i didnt like it before but i really like this dish.

    List of Ingredients




    1-16oz can saurkraut-drained
    1 12oz corn beef-sliced-or in small pieces
    2c swiss cheese shredded
    1/2c lite mayo
    1/4c 1000 island dressing
    2 fresh tomatoes,sliced
    2T melted butter
    a layer of bread cubes


    Recipe



    place bread cubes in pan then add saurkraut, in 1.5 qt baking dish top with layer of beef then cheese. set aside.then combine mayo,dressing, spread over cheese. top with tomato slices.

    set aside

    combine butter and bread crumbs in small bowl, sprinkle over tomato slices.

    bake 350 45 minutes.
