    really really awesome cheesecake.

    List of Ingredients




    topping- cool whip beat until creamy n light.

    crust:
    1 1/2cup graham crackers
    3T sugar
    3-4T butter
    1/2 t cinnamon

    cake:
    2 8oz cream cheese
    1 cup cool whip or whipped cream
    1 can (15oz) pumpkin
    1/2-3/4 cup sugar
    4 eggs separated
    3T flour
    1t vanilla
    1t cinnamon
    1/2t ginger
    1/4t salt


    egg whites

    Recipe



    mix all ingredients together except egg whites mix well, set aside then mix egg whites and fold into mixture.

    bake 325 1 hr.
