    These pork chops are alittle crunchy due to the crackers but are very tasty.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 stick butter or spray butter
    1C. course cracker crumbs
    3T. grated parmesan cheese
    1/2t. salt (optional)
    1/8t. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2T. milk
    6 pork chops

    Recipe



    Place butter in pan, ans put in oven to melt. in shallow bowl or pie plate combine crumbs,cheese,salt,and pepper,
    in another bowl mix together milk & egg.

    Coat pork chops with crumb mixture and then into egg mixture and again into crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes then turn and bake another 15-30 min, till crumbs are alittle crunchy.
