this recipe is very spicy but very good.I usually half the peppers in this recipe & still has a bit to it, unless your really love spicy food.
List of Ingredients
1lb medium shrimp
1/3c. peanut oil
1T. sesame oil
2t. chopped garlic
2t. grated ginger
1/2c.chopped green onion
1t. red pepper flakes
1/2c. minced onion
1/2c. finely chopped carrotts
1/2c. chopped tasso or ham
8c. cooked rice(cooled)
3T. soy sauce
1T. sugar
2t. black pepper
1lb jumbo lump crab meat
3eggs scrambled, chopped & cooled.

In large wok or non stick skillet,heat the oils over high heat. add the garlic,ginger,1/4c of the green onions & red pepper & cook stirring constantly so they dont burn.
Add the onions,carrotts,ham,& shrimp & contune to stir fry. when shrimp begin to turn pink, add the rice mix well. add the soy sauce,sugar,& black pepper and mix well. cook 1-2 minutes. gently add in the crab meat & eggs, & Heat till warm, garnish with remaining green onion.
