Has lots of flavor, this is a recipe our family wants every holiday meal and some in between times.
List of Ingredients
3-4c. broth
1 stick margarine
1 onion
1/2c. celery
2c. bread crumbs
1pk pepperidge farm
1/4-1/2c. corn meal
Recipe
Sift cornmeal into cup and finish cup with cold water, disolve and put in pot with broth and margarine. Cook 10 minutes. have all ingredients ready.
Beat 1 egg and other ingredients with sage or poultry seasoning and salt and pepper, put in well greased pan and cook till done but(firm to the touch) not dry.
