This recipe has lots of flavor, its great to have espically on those not so warm days.this makes alot so have lots company over or i would half the recipe, the full recipe would make enough for at least 15 people.
I REALLY ENJOY MAKIN G THIS RECIPE
List of Ingredients
jumbo pack chicken theighs ( i use white meat)
5 medium potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs
2 pks romaine noodles (do not add spice pk)
1 bag bow tie noodles
dried onion to taste
1/2-3/4c. parsley
salt & pepper to taste
1 lage can corn (recipe calls for 3-5lbs, but im not that crazy over corn so i only use 1-3lb can) & i use all the juice from 1-3lb can.
Recipe
cook chicken, KEEP THE WATER,put in large soup pot, in another pan cook the potatoes & eggs at the same time in the same pan, remove potatoes & eggs & transfer to soup pot,cook noodles in same water, if more water needed add it,add water & noodles to large soup pot & the rest of the ingredients, ENJOY.
you can make this as thick as you want it.
