Garlic Oysters

List of Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1-pint fresh oysters
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- fresh ground pepper
- cocktail sauce
- Crackers or toast points
Instructions
- Melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
- Drain liquid from oysters. Add oysters to butter and garlic. Cook on high until all liquid is evaporated stirring constantly.
- Add pepper to taste. Serve hot on crackers or toast points with cocktail sauce.
