    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick margarine
    • 1-pint fresh oysters
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • fresh ground pepper
    • cocktail sauce
    • Crackers or toast points


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
    2. Drain liquid from oysters. Add oysters to butter and garlic. Cook on high until all liquid is evaporated stirring constantly.
    3. Add pepper to taste. Serve hot on crackers or toast points with cocktail sauce.
