    MEXICAN CORN BREAD

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup plain meal
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup cream style corn
    • 1 cup grated chedder cheese
    • 1/3 cup cooking oil
    • 1/2 cup buttermilk
    • 1 small onion (chopped fine)
    • 2 eggs
    • Hot pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix all dry ingredients together add rest of ingredients and bake in 350 degree pre-heated oven till golden brown.
    2. Serve hot.
