MEXICAN CORN BREAD

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup plain meal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream style corn
- 1 cup grated chedder cheese
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 small onion (chopped fine)
- 2 eggs
- Hot pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together add rest of ingredients and bake in 350 degree pre-heated oven till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
