    PINA COLADA CAKE - part 3

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
    • 1 Cup Coconut
    • 1 15 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
    • 1 15 oz. Can Cream of Coconut
    • 1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
    • 1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
    • 1 Cup Coconut (for topping)


    Instructions


    1. Bake cake in 13 x 15 pan as directed adding 1 cup coconut and pineapple.


    2. Mix together: Eagle Brand Milk & Cream of Coconut.
    3. Poke holes in warm cake and pour mixture over entire cake.
    4. Refrigerate. When ready to serve top with 8 oz. package of Cool Whip and 1 cup Coconut (if desired)


    Final Comments


    This is a very good and rich cake.
