List of Ingredients
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Coconut
- 1 15 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 1 15 oz. Can Cream of Coconut
- 1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip
- 1 Cup Coconut (for topping)
Instructions
- Bake cake in 13 x 15 pan as directed adding 1 cup coconut and pineapple.
- Mix together: Eagle Brand Milk & Cream of Coconut.
- Poke holes in warm cake and pour mixture over entire cake.
- Refrigerate. When ready to serve top with 8 oz. package of Cool Whip and 1 cup Coconut (if desired)
Final Comments
This is a very good and rich cake.
