Low-Fat Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Ingredients:
2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley OR 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano or basil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, onion, parsley, garlic, oregano and cheese; mix thoroughly. Store in a tightly covered container in the freezer for up to 6 months.
