Make your own Creole meat seasoning for use in cooking and grilling meats. Its wonderful flavor melts into meat, adding savory spice.
Ingredients:
� 2 tsp. salt
� 1/4 cup finely minced garlic
� 2 Tbsp. pepper
� 2 Tbsp. white pepper
� 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
� 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
� 2 tsp. cumin seed
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Keeps 1 year. Use as preseasoning for beef or pork roasts, chickens, and fish like salmon.
