There are lots of poultry seasonings out there and a wide range of variety. Typically, however, you will find sage, rosemary, oregano, and thyme in most all of them. This poultry seasoning is great for everything from whole roasted turkeys to chicken noodle soup.
Ingredients:
• 3 tablespoons/45 mL dried rosemary
• 3 tablespoons/45 mL dried oregano
• 3 tablespoons/45 mL dried sage
• 2 tablespoons/30 mL dried ginger
• 2 tablespoons./30 mL dried marjoram
• 2 tablespoons/30 mL dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon/15 mL black pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Keep in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months after preparation.
