Your pot o' gold is waiting you at the end of the rainbow, just follow the little green leprechaun. This smooth, creamy cocktail called a Shamrock Shaker is an ideal drink for St. Patrick's Day celebrations, complete with a bit of green and gold dusting on top. The drink itself is a decadent mix of coffee and almond flavored liqueurs brought together by a bit of milk.

Ingredients:
• 1-1/2 ounces Kahlua coffee liqueur
• 1/2 ounce amaretto liqueur
• 2-1/2 ounces milk
• Edible green and gold powder for garnish (found at cake-decorating supply stores)

Preparation:
1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

2. Shake vigorously.

3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Sprinkle the green and gold powders on the top.
