In Spain, olives are known for their versatility and are used to add flavor and a touch of fancy to dishes. Well, we think everyone should be able to add a little fancy to their food, which is why we came up with this great recipe for Spanish Olive Deviled Eggs. They're great for serving up to company, or as a special treat for your family!
What You'll Need:
• 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
• 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 3 tablespoons chopped green olives with pimientos
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
What To Do:
1. In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, olives, and pepper; mix well.
2. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and place on platter. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
