Roasted Carrot Chips

You don't have to be a bunny to enjoy snackin' on carrots. We think you'll enjoy snackin' on our Roasted Carrot Chips as much as our floppy-eared friends. They're loaded with nutritious vitamins and have a great, lightly kicked-up flavor!
What You'll Need:
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
• 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch thin slices
What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine oil, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper, if desired. Add carrot slices and toss until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy.
