5* Hibiscus Tea Punch

Makes about 8 cups (16)
Accent the floral flavor of the hibiscus tea with sparkling apple cider. This cool drink fits perfectly at the family picnic or an afternoon poolside with friends.
Ingredients:
4 cups boiling water
8 Red Zinger or hibiscus tea bags
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 (25.4-ounce) bottle sparkling apple cider, chilled
Garnish: lemon wedges
Preparation:
Pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags. Cover; steep 10 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Chill until ready to serve. Stir in sparkling cider, and serve over ice. Garnish, if desired.
