    Fresh ginger gives this lemonade its unique flavor, while using frozen lemonade concentrate keeps preparation super simple.

    Ingredients:
    12 ounces peeled fresh ginger
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 (12 oz.) cans of frozen lemonade concentrate

    Preparation:
    Slice 12 oz. peeled fresh ginger into 1/4-inch pieces. Place in a pan with 1/3 cup sugar and 3 cups water; stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat and let syrup steep for 30 minutes; strain. Mix syrup with 2 (12 oz.) cans of frozen lemonade concentrate and amount of water called for on cans.

    One serving equals: Calories 85; Fat 1 g (Satfat 0 g); Protein 1 g; Carbohydrate 21 g; Fiber 1 g; Cholesterol 0 mg; Sodium 8 mg
