Overnight Chocolate-Banana Oatmeal

This breakfast is perfect for those hectic mornings when you’re out the door without a second to spare. Luckily, this slimming overnight oatmeal can be prepared the night before - just grab a spoon in the morning and voila! Breakfast is served.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats*
1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
Preparation:
Add milk, oats, chia seeds, banana, unsweetened cocoa powder and maple syrup (optional) to a container with a lid.
Close lid and shake to mix well.
Place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, grab your totable breakfast and a spoon!
*If you are gluten sensitive or have Celiac, check oats and maple syrup for a gluten-free label.
