    Yield: about 4 dozen (1 per serving).

    1 (18.25 oz) package cake mix -- lemon flavor w/pudding
    1 cup crispy rice cereal
    1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
    1 large egg

    Combine all ingredients, stirring mixture well.

    Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place about 2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheets.

    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 9 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
