• 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese, divided
• 1 English muffin, split
What To Do:
1. Preheat boiler.
2. Lightly toast muffin halves. Add half the chopped apple to each muffin half and sprinkle with half the cheese. Broil just until cheese melts.
