Broccoli Quiche

We love that this recipe is totally crustless, 'cause that means we can enjoy more of this Broccoli Quiche without stressing about going over carb goals. This quiche recipe will be especially welcome at your next brunch get-together!
What You'll Need:
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup egg substitute OR 6 egg whites
• 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
• 3/4 cup (3 ounces) reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in broccoli and cheese; mix well. Pour mixture into pie plate.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until set in center. Let sit 5 minutes, then serve.
