    Serves: 6 - Serving Size: 12.9 Oz. (366.7g)
Prep Time: 30 min - Cook Time: 10 min to 15 min

1 (8 Oz.) (225g) can low sodium Italian style tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend™
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 2 lbs (908g)
1 (15 Oz.) (420g) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1 (14 Oz.) (392g) can zesty tomatoes with jalapeno, drained
1 (8 Oz.) (225g) can pineapple bits in juice, drained
    1/2 chopped red bell pepper

    1. Mix the tomato sauce and 2 Tbsp. (30mL) of the Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend™ in a big zippered bag. Set aside 1/4 cup of the marinade to use as a baste.

    2. Slip the chicken into the bag, seal and refrigerate for a few hours (or overnight for more flavor).

    3. Before grilling, combine everything else in a bowl and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

    4. Fire up the grill - preferably charcoal - to medium.

    5. Remove chicken from bag and sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend™.

    6. Grill the chicken, turning and basting with reserved marinade a few times, about 10 minutes. It's done when no longer pink in center of thickest part and juices run clear (about 160°F on an instant read thermometer).

    7. Serve with the orange-pineapple salsa.
