    Healthy Veggie Pizza on Flourless Cauliflower Crust

    When you're trying to cut calories, pizza seems like a treat you will never enjoy again. But with this cauliflower crust version, you can have pizza anytime you want!

    Ingredients:
    1 cup cauliflower, chopped
    3/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
    1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    Vegetable oil spray

    Tips:
    Use a fork to press cauliflower and cheese mixture into the shape of a pizza crust. Watch recipe creator Cassey Ho demonstrate how quick and easy it is to make this recipe!

    Directions:
    1. Shred cauliflower in a food processor.

    2. Microwave for 8 minutes.

    3. Mix in the egg, 1/2 cup of the cheese (save the rest for topping), garlic and oregano.

    4. Spray a pizza pan with vegetable oil spray and spread with cauliflower/cheese crust mixture.

    5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 min at 350 degrees.

    6. Remove crust from oven and top with sauce, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper and remaining cheese.

    7. Place back in the oven for another 10-15 min.
