"Use this sweet pineapple juice marinade with mushrooms, peppers, onions and tomatoes. It's great for grilled veggie kabobs."

Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Mix in pineapple juice, brown sugar, lemon juice and ground cloves. When thoroughly mixed, remove from heat and use to marinate vegetables as desired.
