Ingredients:
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup dry white wine
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a plastic zipper top bag. Add chicken pieces to bag, seal and let marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours (at least).
