"A versatile seasoning blend that's great for baked fish, roasted lamb, or incorporated into a pastitsio."
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
1. Combine thoroughly in a small bowl. Store unused rub in an airtight jar.
