Balsamic Vinaigrette II

Ingredients:
1-1/2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well.
2. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
