Buttermilk Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients; shake well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 126 calories, 13 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 6 mg cholesterol, 133 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
