    Oil-Free Apple Herb Salad Dressing

    Prep - 5 min. Chill at least 2 hours.

    "I don't mind making and eating this salad dressing especially if I'm watching the amount of cholesterol that I eat. This dressing is very good tasting to me and I hope it is for you."

    Ingredients:
    1 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/3 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste

    Directions:
    1. Whisk together the apple juice, cider vinegar, basil, oregano, and salt. Refrigerate in a jar with a tight fitting lid for at least 2 hours; shake before serving.
