    Raspberry Vinaigrette

    Raspberry Vinaigrette

    Yield: 1-1/2 cups

    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup vegetable oil/olive oil
    1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
    2 tbsp. Da Vinci Gourmet Raspberry Sugar Free Syrup (or Torani)
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1/4 teaspoon parsley
    1/4 teaspoon marjoram
    dash ground pepper

    Directions:
    Mix all ingredients well by shaking in a jar. This dressing will separate as it stands, so shake before each use. Serve on organic baby greens or any green salad.
    For special occasions, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Gorgonzola cheese and a few toasted, chopped walnuts over the salad just before serving.
