For a pleasant, fresh Asian flavor, try this super-easy mixture from Jean Ecos, a field editor from Hartland, Wisconsin. It’s light but has plenty of personality.
Ingredients:
• 6 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 156 calories, 14 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 370 mg sodium, 7 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 1 g protein.
