Tangy Asian Quick Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
� 2 tsp. lemon juice
� 2 tsp. honey
� 2 Tbsp. vinegar (white or cider)
� 4 Tbsp. oil (extra virgin olive, vegetable or canola)
� 1 tsp. fresh, grated ginger root
� 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to small bowl and whisk well. Refrigerate leftovers.
Additional Tips:
Dressing tip: Fat-free, low sodium chicken or vegetable broth can replace some oil in any dressing recipe, so can water.
