    Fresh Fruit Salad w/ Creamy Dressing

    Please different tastes by serving this refreshing salad with a quick and easy creamy dressing or a store-bought poppy seed dressing.

    Ingredients:
    Creamy Dressing:
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1 tablespoon powdered sugar
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

    Fruit:
    2 apricots or nectarines, pitted, sliced
    1 orange, peeled, sliced
    1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 bunch small seedless grapes, cut in half (2 cups)

    Directions:
    • 1 In chilled small bowl, beat all dressing ingredients with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.

    • 2 In large bowl, place fruit. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Store in refrigerator.
