Looking for a very delicious fruit salad? Give our Very Vanilla Fruit Salad a try! The secret to this recipe is in how long you let your fruit salad sit in the fridge. (It's the fruit that brings out the vanilla flavor in this salad!)

    What You'll Need:
    • 1 cup grapes
    • 1 cup sliced strawberries
    • 1 cup watermelon chunks
    • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
    • 1/2 cup blueberries
    • 2 tablespoons sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • fresh mint leaves (optional)

    What To Do:
    1. In a medium bowl, combine grapes, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, and blueberries.

    2. Sprinkle with pudding mix powder, vanilla, and water and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve. Garnish with mint.

    Notes:
This fruit salad works well with any of your favorite fruits, so feel free to mix and match!
