    Change up your regular salad routine with a salad that's bursting with nutrition and flavor. This super green, flavor-packed Kale and Brussels Salad tastes like something you would order at a fancy restaurant, but comes together as easy as 1-2-3. Your taste buds and your body will thank you for it!

    What You'll Need:
    • DRESSING
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

    • SALAD
    • 3 cups thinly sliced kale
    • 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, finely shredded
    • 2 tablespoons bacon bits
    • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
    • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    What To Do:
    1. In a medium bowl, whisk dressing ingredients; set aside.

    2. In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over top, then toss salad until evenly coated.
