    Serve up this tasty and healthy Rustic Pea and Radish Salad for a nice change of pace. Our Test Kitchen topped a bed of red lettuce with delicate baby peas and crunchy sliced radishes, for a salad that's beautiful and delicious!

    What You'll Need:
    • 8 large red lettuce leaves, trimmed
    • 1 cup frozen baby peas, cooked
    • 4 large radishes, sliced
    • 4 tablespoons Buttermilk Ranch Dressing (see Note)
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

    What To Do:
    1. Arrange lettuce leaves, peas, and radishes on 4 salad plates, distributing evenly. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon dressing and sprinkle with dill.


    Notes:
    To make your own Buttermilk Ranch Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise, 1/2 cup reduced-fat buttermilk, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 1 cup.
