Ingredients:
• 1 pound ripe tomatoes, sliced
• 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
Preparation:
Arrange sliced tomatoes on a small platter or medium plate. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Add pepper and sprinkle basil.
