Our fruity Aloha Refresher will cool you down in a jiffy. Plus, the combination of banana, pineapple and coconut in this smoothie will take you straight to the islands.
What You'll Need:
• 1 banana sliced
• 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, in its own juice, undrained
• 3 packets Splenda
• 1 teaspoon coconut extract
• 2 cups cold diet lemon-lime soda, divided
• 1 cup chopped ice
What To Do:
1. In a blender, combine banana, pineapple, Splenda, coconut extract, 1 cup soda, and chopped ice. Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
2. Stir in remaining soda. Serve immediately.
