    Mexican Fresh Fruit Smoothie

    This recipe serves: 8 (1-cup ea.)

    Ingredients:
    4 cups silken or soft tofu,drained
    1 cup watermelon,diced and seeded
    1/2 cup cantaloupe,cubed
    1/2 cup pineapple,diced
    1 mango,peeled, pitted and sliced
    1/2 cup strawberries,halved
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup ice

    Directions:
    1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
