    Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie

    Skip the PB & J sandwich but get the flavors in this healthy smoothie! Greek yogurt, spinach and strawberries are blended with peanut butter in this healthy, protein-rich smoothie recipe.

    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup baby spinach
    1 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 medium banana)
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
    1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey (optional)

    Add milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, strawberries, peanut butter and sweetener (if using); blend until smooth.

    Per serving: 362 calories; 10 g fat (2 g sat, 0 g mono); 10 mg cholesterol; 54 g carbohydrates; 0 g added sugars; 31 g total sugars; 18 g protein; 7 g fiber; 167 mg sodium ++++ Exchanges: 3 fruit, 1-1/2 lowfat milk, 1/2 high-fat meat, 1 fat ++++ WWP: 7
