READER'S COMMENT: "The great thing about smoothie recipes that you can alter them to your needs and taste. Too much sugar in these bad boys? I would cut out the apple juice and add some low fat vanilla yogurt for texture and taste.
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup silken tofu
1. Combine berries, banana, apple juice and tofu in a blender; blend until smooth.
