Roasted Asparagus w/ Lemon Kiss

Asparagus always seems so fancy, but nothing could be easier to make. Whether for company or a simple weeknight, our Roasted Asparagus with Lemon Kiss is not only good for you, it's plain good to eat!!
What You'll Need:
• 2 pounds (about 30 spears) fresh asparagus, trimmed
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Spread asparagus spears on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, thyme, and lemon peel and toss gently to coat.
3. Bake 10 minutes, stirring once, or until just tender.
