Chili Cheese Dip

Recipe Introduction
This dip is amazing, and super easy to make. This recipe had a co-worker reaching in my bowl with chips, stealing my lunch, when I took leftovers with me one day.
List of Ingredients
2 8-oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
2 10.5-oz cans chili, with or without beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cubed velveeta cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9x13" pan, spread cream cheese evenly. Add chili, spreading evenly. Cover as evenly as possible with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until mixture starts to bubble. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
