Recipe Introduction
One Sunday afternoon, my mom and I were talking about food, and my mom said "You know what would be good....?" These amazing tidbits were born from that thought.
List of Ingredients
- 1 package baby portabellas, cleaned and stemmed
- 1/4 c balsamic vinaigrette
- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 6-oz can crabmeat, drained and checked for shell
- 3 whole scallions, diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp crushed cashews
Instructions
- Marinade mushrooms in vinaigrette while preparing other ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine remaining ingredients and spoon a dollop into each mushroom.
- Place in single layer in large baking dish and cook for 10 minutes or until hot.
- Serve warm.
